Amat spirit grows through the things we do each day: greeting a friend, encouraging a classmate, sharing a laugh, and celebrating someone’s hard work. Those small moments help us feel connected and give us reasons to be proud of our school.
As we move through the week, let’s make room for kindness, friendship, and the activities we enjoy together. Support a fellow Lancer, recognize a good effort, and help someone feel included.

Everyday Technology Tips for Students
A few simple habits can help keep your Chromebook ready for class and your school account secure.
- Charge it each night. Start the school day with your Chromebook fully charged.
- Handle it with care. Close the lid before carrying it, keep food and drinks away, and never leave items on the keyboard when closing the screen.
- Protect your password. Keep your password private and sign out when using a shared device.
- Think before you click. Be cautious with unexpected links, attachments, or messages asking for your password. If something seems suspicious, check with school IT.
- Keep your files organized. Give assignments clear names and organize them in Google Drive so they are easy to find.
- Report problems early. If your Chromebook is not working properly, let school IT know before the issue interferes with classwork. Include what happened and any error message you saw.
Taking a few minutes to care for your device can prevent problems and help you stay focused on learning.
