• Varsity Softball: The Lancers faced a tough 23-6 defeat against Valley View High School on Saturday, March 21, 2026. Despite the outcome, Raven Covarrubias went 3-for-4 with two doubles, and Samantha Garcia contributed a home run and two RBIs.
• Varsity Baseball: Bishop Amat secured a 7-0 shutout victory over St. Paul High School on Friday, March 20, 2026. Pitchers Ashton Chavez, Kevin Martin, and Izaac Muniz combined for the shutout, while Omar Arretche led the offense with three hits.
• Track and Field: On Saturday, March 21, 2026, Lancer distance runners competed at the 35th Hi Racer Meet of Champions. Noah Davila represented Bishop Amat in the 1600m Varsity Invitational, finishing with a time of 5:07.54.
• Varsity Boys Basketball: Following their Southern Section Division 2 Championship win, final postseason rankings place the Lancers at 28-6 overall for the 2025-2026 season, marking one of the program's most successful years since 2002.

Community

• USA Nationals: The Lancer community has gathered in Anaheim this weekend to support the Bishop Amat Dance program at the national championships. Results from the multi-day competition are expected to be finalized by the end of Monday's sessions.
• Footprints Walk: The community recently celebrated the conclusion of the Bishop David O'Connell Memorial Footprints Walk at Kiefer Stadium. The event successfully raised significant funds for Catholic Charities of Los Angeles to support local families in the San Gabriel Valley.
• Performing Arts: Tickets remain on sale for the upcoming spring production of Frozen, scheduled to open at the Carroll Center Theater in mid-April. Cast members completed technical rehearsals this past week in preparation for the show's debut.
